Melatonin - Sleep well, look relaxed
Make falling asleep a phenomenon of yesterday! If you constantly roll back and forth in bed in the evening, fall into pondering and you absolutely do not come to rest, then falling asleep for you is not an unknown phenomenon. It can be a big burden to lie awake in the evening and not be able to get the eyes closed.
Use melatonin, the master of the natural sleep-wake cycle! The melatonin capsules of ZeinPharma shorten the falling asleep time and avoid staying sleepless in bed so long in the evening. The restful and relaxing sleep that follows is rewarded with a look in the mirror in the morning.
Melatonin - the inner clock
Use the body’s-own messenger substance to improve your sleep! Melatonin has a strong influence on the so-called day-night rhythm (circadian rhythm). Melatonin is mainly formed in the dark, i.e. at night. Under the influence of light during the day, the production of melatonin in the body is strongly inhibited. This also makes sense because the melatonin is needed more in the evening after becoming dark, and it prepares the body for the sleep phase.
Melatonin is an endogenous messenger substance, which is mainly formed from the messenger serotonin in the epiphysis, also called pineal gland or pituitary gland. The source of serotonin is the aromatic amino acid tryptophan. L-tryptophan itself is an essential amino acid that needs to be supplied to the body via food or dietary supplements because the body cannot build tryptophan by itself.
Melatonin capsules make you look good
Melatonin makes you - in the truest sense of the word - look good since healthy sleep is "written in the face"! Unlike "normal" sleeping pills, which could cause a „mirror drama“ every morning?
You get regenerated during sleep! Your body undergoes various repairs during sleep; in the muscles, bones or even in our largest organ: the skin. Therefore, good sleep is important for healthy and fresh skin. Therefore, it is justifiable to talk about "beauty sleep".
Not only you do look good, but also you are also powerful! Moreover, like colloquially it is being said: you "recharge the batteries" during sleep. Having slept well means that you have an increased attention. And this automatically allows you, for instance, to identify potential dangerous situations early on and react "correctly". This can be essential in traffic or at work.
Fast action: only 1 capsule 30 to 60 minutes before sleep
Already half an hour after ingestion, the effect of melatonin capsules of ZeinPharma® begins. It is therefore sufficient to consume the melatonin capsules about 30 to 60 minutes before the planned bed rest. You should find out the ideal time of intake yourself, as each person is individual.
Unlike conventional sleeping pills, whose effects can be felt the next morning when waking up, the melatonin is metabolised relatively quickly by the liver, broken down and excreted in the urine. The half-life is only about 50 minutes. This means that the melatonin consumed in the evening mainly develops its effect during the sleep-in phase and then breaks down quickly.
Effect scientifically confirmed by EFSA!
No dependence, no habituation effect
Another benefit of melatonin is that it has no dependency potential. This means that you can consume the melatonin capsules without worrying over a longer period of time. This melatonin is very different from conventional sleeping pills, which are often taken with care.
Since the effects of long-term use have not been adequately studied, it is recommended that you take melatonin for a period of 2 to 3 months. This period of time has been well studied by studies and is considered safe.
Melatonin is an endogenous hormone and naturally occurs in the body. The melatonin level in the blood normally rises naturally each night.
Ideal for shift workers
If you suffer from jet lag or you have to work at awkward times, you can get helped with Melatonin supplementation in order to “fix” a new, regular rhythm!
Shiftwork applies to millions of people in Germany. For them, the night becomes day, they have to be active when everyone else is sleeping. The problem is that the body's internal clock is based on the light-dark rhythm of the day and not on working hours. In the evening, when it gets dark, the body forms melatonin, which makes us feel tired.
With melatonin capsules you can help your body, despite the work in shifts, to get a well-deserved sleep.
That is what makes "good sleep"
Increase your sleep quality! A "high-quality" or natural sleep is characterised by a regular sequence of approximately 90 minutes of REM and non-REM phases. The brain processes important impressions of the day, especially during the REM phase.
All this is supported by melatonin, which "naturally" is responsible for the optimal control of the sleep-wake cycle. Conventional sleeping pills or even alcohol which are often introduced as a "nightcap", can repress brain functions.
